§5 PAYMENTS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

No bookings for OMClub are refundable.

If not agreed to otherwise, the individual’s financial installments are to be made up onto two weeks (14 days) after receiving the invoice.

In the event of default as of §286 – 3 BGB, PIRATEx may charge an interest on account of delay up onto 9% above the base interest rates as of §288 – 2 BGB.

General Practice Logodisplay: Banner-backgroundcolor and Logo-background on screens are dependent on OMClub's Motto and the choice of the eventorganizer. Monochrom Logo usage is general practice at OMCLub , if you do not consent, let us know and your Logo will then not be displayed.
